Just wondering what you guys use, if anything, to get a visual idea of how the website will link together?

I mean you see it all the time represented like this..

Whiteboard-BoM_trim-590x460.gif

But I need something I can take to a meeting, that will evolve over time.

Is it a case of pen and paper, or is there specific software available for this type of thing that you'd recommend?

Thanks,

Lewis.

OmniGraffle isn't bad for this kind of thing - I've worked with an agency that use WriteMaps and that was pretty sweet too

Pen and paper for me. Then usually convert it to something more presentable, using Gliffy - https://www.gliffy.com

Because I'm at the stage before the site exists. I can't generate a sitemap without a site.

I need to plan the architecture of the website to better understand how the pages will link together.

Whiteboard and pen for me

Can't quite afford that, so stuck with paper and pen for now. :(

Does it come with a pointer stick that you can swipe clients across the head with when they make shitty ''design'' suggestions?
