Is It Best To Outsource SEO or Do It Myself?

I have always thought of SEO as something I do myself but just recently, someone said that I don't need to and that I would be better off hiring an SEO consultant as this would give me more time to focus on other areas of my business, but I'm still not quite convinced?

What really is the better option in your opinion? All valid answers welcome

It actually depends upon individual preferences. In our case we preferred to have an in-house SEO team and that team is working for more than 4 years now. The main advantage that we got is, they are well aware of our product so the whole SEO work is totally on point for us.

hm. Rent an in-house SEO team who have experienced for your products. It's good. But they are person who you can trust on. For some cases, business people don't know more about SEO, and they can rent for team they do blackhat seo for fast SEO and get money, then let you take the effect after that.

 

for this topic, I think if businessman who know about SEO, just a little bit then they can hire seo outsourcing team or when they don't have time for this. If they have resource, then should do their own. Rent a full time SEO , then build the team, for long time SEO results.

Hiring Outsource SEO team or not? The answer is dependent on your business. For long-term period, an in-house SEO team is the better choice because:
- They understand deeply about your products, having good insight about potential customer

- Lower cost than outsource team

I mean do you have any experience with SEO? I think it is pretty complicated, and you have to do your research before doing it on your own. If your company is small I will suggest doing your research and starting doing SEO on your own and once your company grows and you can afford it, hire an external firm.

Does your job provide a better hourly income than the hourly cost per a SEO expert? For example, if you earn 20 per hour and can hire someone willing to work for 13 then it's nonsense to throw your opportunities to work for 20 just to save 13. But be careful and don't wait for a quick magic rather than a long and tricky hard work. Thus if you need tons of high-quality content, strong social media campaigns, and initially paid ads bringing people those will make (for you) backlinks and make a natural, long impact then that's not a task for a SEO expert which really can't make any magic. If you've got just average and/or a little bit of content then the backlinks will look more like a spam, it all finishes with something which you don't really wanna pay for.

Sometimes, it is best to outsource SEO, or if you have proper knowledge of SEO then you can do it yourself also.
