Responsive web design its only for HTML5?

HI,

I just piece little confound. My inquiry is: Responsive website architecture its exclusive for HTML5? Or on the other hand we can likewise utilize XHTML for Responsive website architecture.

Responsive sites (through media queries) are part of CSS, not XHTML or HTML. So yes, you can have an XHTML site that is responsive.
