Can you please suggest an editing software that will help me edit photos before uploading them to my site? Free software is preferable.

My sister is a photographer. The best program is Photoshop to improve photos. If you think about using the program professionally, Adobe now has subscriptions. However, before buying a program, it is worth to go for a course or learn proper service. A very advanced program, so it takes time. Good luck;)

Personal fave: Photoshop. Another plus for Photoshop is that a lot of agency will require its use. So knowing how to navigate around it and use it will always be helpful.

Bit of a sweeping statement that mate. "Nobody" isn't true at all, plenty of people use plenty of other image editing software.
