Hi all. Haven't posted on here for a while, so hope everyone is well :)

I recently got asked if there is a WP Security plugin that would provide a comparison of the code that should be on live site and the code that is actually on there and show where changes have been made if any. They then need to be able to send an automated PDF report to their client.

I know WordFence will scan the site for outdated plugins or if there is any suspicious files etc, but couldn't find anything about PDF reports. SecuPress I've not used before, but looks good but unsure yet if it will do the above requirements.

Can anyone recommend anything else that does what I've been asked?

I really wouldn't trust a WP plugin to report accurately on the compromised site it's running within.
